Hair Zen Studio provides a variety of hair cutting, coloring, styling, treatment, facial, waxing, and manicure services.

  • Consultations: Certain services, such as Color Corrections and Fashion Colors, require an in-person consultation to determine pricing and duration.

  • Service Adjustments: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if we believe a requested service may compromise the health of your hair or skin, or for any other professional reason.

3. Pricing

  • All prices listed on our website or provided over the phone are starting prices.

  • Final pricing for cuts, colors, and styling may vary depending on the length, thickness, and current condition of your hair, as well as the amount of product required to achieve your desired result.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

To provide the best service to all of our clients, we strictly enforce the following booking policy:

  • Deposits: To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all services.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost (resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit).

  • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Same-day cancellations and "no-shows" (failing to arrive for your appointment without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

By booking an appointment and placing your credit card on file, you authorize Hair Zen Studio to charge these fees in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

5. Health, Safety, and Medical Conditions

Your health and safety are our top priorities.

  • Please inform your stylist or aesthetician of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or prior chemical treatments (e.g., box dye, henna, relaxers) before your service begins.

  • Hair Zen Studio is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by a client's failure to disclose relevant medical or chemical history.

6. Personal Property

Hair Zen Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. While we take precautions (such as using capes and towels) to protect your clothing during color and chemical services, we recommend wearing appropriate clothing that you do not mind getting stained, just in case.

Unless otherwise stated, Hair Zen Studio owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://www.hairzenstudio.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
